Chuck Goldman
CEO

Chuck co-founded Apperian in 2009 to help build enterprise applications for the iPhone and help brands develop transformative point of service mobile applications. Prior to Apperian, Chuck spent the last eight years as the Director of Field Engineering and Professional Services for Apple, Inc where he helped integrate Apple technologies into Apple's largest education and enterprise customer infrastructure. Chuck also worked closely with Apple's iPhone Enterprise Beta/Software Development Kit (SDK) program and has been helping Apple's Enterprise customer's leverage the iPhone platform since the day it launched.

Prior to this, Chuck was founder and CEO of Interactive Media Solutions, a provider of next-generation online recruiting tools for colleges and universities. At IMS, Chuck created America's first "virtual open house" where students, faculty, and staff communicated in real-time and conducted virtual online leader-led campus tours. IMS also developed powerful middleware that personalized user experience and connected front-end users into back-end CRM systems such as PeopleSoft.


Cimarron Buser
VP Products and Marketing

Cimarron leads Apperian's products and marketing for enterprise solutions. He has worked in technology for over 20 years, providing creative and visionary leadership for products and services in the technology, web and mobile areas. Prior to Apperian, he worked with Texterity, the leading provider of periodical digital publishing services and built a product, sales, and marketing organization that resulted in a #1 position in the industry. He also created the first iPhone magazine. Prior to Texterity, Cimarron was GM Internet Products at FaxNet, leading the group which was responsible for internet faxing and messaging solutions; FaxNet was sold to Critical Path for $175 million.


Rob Friedman
Director of Engineering

Rob is a passionate technologist, enterprise mobile product pioneer, and entrepreneur who strives for excellence in the projects that he works on. Rob has worked in the software and mobile industry for over 25 years. His mobile experience dates back to 1999, when he built an enterprise mobile email product. He led engineering teams in mobile SaaS companies such as Vlingo and Groove Mobile. At Vlingo, Rob successfully delivered mobile client applications for several mobile phone manufacturers, including preinstallation on new phones from Nokia and Samsung. These projects expanded Vlingo's reach to millions of new users.


Matthew Bertolami
Director of Program Management

Matt leads Apperian's Program Management. Prior to joining the Apperian team, Matt spent nearly a decade working in the Software and Wireless industries at Adobe, Macromedia, and Allaire. Matt's passion for Mobile began at Macromedia where he was instrumental in helping Nokia Forums create a venue for Flash Lite mobile development. Most recently Matt lead Project Management and Engagement at uLocate Communications, where he directed launches and deployments at the largest Operators and OEMs in North American and Europe.


Matthew C. Dailey
Director of Business Development

Matt has 18 years of Business Analysis, Management and leadership experience in Information Technology, Operations, and Management Consulting, including multi-unit management, marketing and branding, revenue development and team building. Matt has spent the past several years building brand identities and cultures around complex software and technology solutions for the Hospitality and mobile phone industries. He has a strong intuition and knowledge around how end users adopt technology and therefore how it should be marketed to the various levels of the user chain. Matt is responsible for all areas of sales and business development, as well as all of operations and business management.


Michael Dasch
Creative Director

Michael leads all aspects of visual communications for products and services. With over a decade of expertise in creative and interactive design, Michael's focus is on creating innovative communications that deliver maximum business outcomes.

Part of a new generation of dedicated innovative creative professionals, Michael was instrumental in the research, design and implementation of numerous "best-of-breed" applications, games and creative campaigns. Prior to co-founding DS Media Labs, Michael set a brisk pace for extraordinary achievement, heading interactive creative teams for organizations located throughout the USA.
